Three types of benefits are available to CREF members : Conferences, Workshops and Continuous Professional Development.
Conferences and Workshops
CREF holds one conference a year at different African Universities. At both conference and workshop, members are entitled to reduced registration fees.
Continuous Professional development (CPD)
The importance placed on professional development in improving teaching and learning at CREF requires an understanding of the benefits and effectiveness of the activities in which teachers engage. CPD at CREF leads to successful changes in teachers’ practices, in school improvement and improvement in learners’ achievements.
